Do I have to give an email to see the price?
No. The number is on screen as you tap. We ask for an email or a phone number only if you want the estimate sent to you or want us to come and confirm it.
Why is it a range and not one number?
The low end is the scope exactly as you described it. The high end adds the repairs a walkthrough usually finds and a photo never shows, about two square feet of patching per room. A single figure would read as a quote for a room nobody has seen.
How accurate is it?
It uses typical Chicagoland room sizes and the same rates we quote from. Room by room, with your own measurements, it lands close to the written quote. Neither can see a wall that needs skim coating, which is why we still visit before booking.
Is this a different price from the one you quote?
It is the same engine and the same rates as the pricing page. The visit can move the number if we find something the questions did not cover, and we tell you what changed and why rather than handing you a new total.
Can I price an exterior here?
Not yet. Exterior price turns on stories, siding type and how much repair the walls need, and a number produced without seeing those would misrepresent your house. Call us and we will walk it with you.
